Two Modes to Scan EDB File

EDB to PST software includes two different modes to scan added EDB or STM file. Choose Quick Scan if the file is expected to have minor inconsistency or the Advance Scan option can be selected if the EDB file have intense corruption issues.

Options to Add File

There are two ways a file can be added to the tool for conversion. Either the file can be manually selected from the system or the software searches for it within the drives. Any of the way to add file can be selected as per convenience.

Preview EDB/STM File Contents

Exchange Mailbox to PST Tool gives a preview of data after scanning process. This comprises of normal mail view along with their attachments within software pane itself. Similarly, other items of the mailbox and public folders can be viewed.

Selective Items or Mailbox Export

If needed, the only selective items, folders, or mailboxes from the EDB file can be converted EDB file to PST and other file formats. This can be done by enabling checkboxes for the desired data. This data filtering technique ensures that only needed part is extracted from database.

Multiple Export Options Provided

There are six different export options provided in the tool. EDB to PST allows to export exchange emails to into PST, MSG, EML, HTML, and PDF file format. Also, the EDB file database can be exported into live Exchange Server.

Email Filtering by Date Range

Unwanted emails can be filtered by defining a date range. The emails lying between the defined range will be exported while the rest of the messages will be filtered out. This will make the export process less time consuming for users.

PST File Splitting by Size

If the mailbox size is large, it might affect working of Outlook if the resultant PST file is large. To avoid the consequences, Exchange Mailbox to PST utility includes the option to split PST file by size parameters (MBs or GBs) without harming email properties.

Naming Convention for Mail Files

Individual mails saved in EML, MSG, HTML, or PDF file format can be saved using any of the naming conventions offered in the tool. They help to sort the emails and manage them by parameters like subject, date, sender, or MD5 hash.

Supports Exchange Server Editions

EDB to PST tool supports data conversion from EDB file for all versions of Exchange Server. The tool supports all versions of MS Exchange including the latest Exchange 2013 edition and export Exchange Emails into PST smoothly.
